General: The son of the previous Patriarch of the Dark Clan, Dolthaic, Kaledor is the ideal model of a member of the Dark Clan, in terms of both mind and body. Lithe and thin like the original founders of the Dark Clan generations before, he has earned the respect of his Clan through his ambition and will alone, despite his relatively young age. He is a schemer, putting plans into action, playing close scrutiny to the most insignificant of details, planning for every single possibility imaginable. Make no mistake, everything that he does or says is completely intentional, no matter how unlikely it seems.

Kaledor enjoys wearing a Caedlin most of the time, an ancient mask work by the sorceror's of old, who existed long before the Auditors. The fact that Kaledor personally owns a Caedlin demonstrates his already considerable power and influence in the Dark Clan. Unlike most Caedlin's, Kaledor's is simple-an impassive human face carved delicately from grey marble, mouth closed, expression unreadable. Kaledor enjoys wearing it to unnerve generally anybody.

Kaledor's mismatched eyes are a curious by-product of his rare form of schizophrenia. When under great emotional stress or trauma, his personality fractures into two opposites. One is quiet and reserved, polite and generally shy, whereas the other is ruthless, cold, and aggressive. Under severe circumstances it is possible for one of these opposites to "dominate" the other, resulting in a one-sided personality for an indeterminable amount of time. Nobody knows of Kaledor's unfortunate condition-most people view Kaledor as being a bit "odd".

Strengths: Kaledor has been personally trained by his friend and lieutenant, Hauclir, in self-defense and swordplay, making him a formiddable opponent.
His hunger for knowledge coupled with his ability to plan meticulously means that he is, to all intents and purposes, a genius.
Studying arcane lore, Kaledor has practiced certains aspects of forbidden Shadow magic focussing on illusion and deception. These magicks can have various effects, most importantly the ability to "meld" into shadows.

Weaknesses: When Kaledor loses his temper, an already rare occurence, he really loses it. He becomes incredibly violent, attacking anyone and anything he sees until his rage subsides.
His schizophrenia means he's generally mentally unstable
He has a crush on Ariah, the daughter of Lord Lismon and the current Matriarch of the Auditors. He will do almost anything to aid her, no matter how deranged his schizophrenic episodes.
